I was a biological engineering major in college. About half of the people in my major were pre meds, and a good portion of the rest of us wanted to cure cancer, so I know what it's like, and I can tell that you do too. You've captured the university life very well. Oh man I hated o-chem. (But oddly I loved biochemistry, go figure. Maybe it's because biochem didn't have chair confirmations and actually felt useful.)
Anyway, I love all the little details you've included and really stayed true to character. Your Kay is perfect.
I love how brilliant Jyn is and how hard Cassian has to work. It's a great AU.
