You are trying to force your story into the standard Gryffindor philosophers stone reckless pursuant of unessary heroism template even though realistically that only happens that way because harry was prejudiced against Slytherin and near enough anyone to do with the house. Harry can’t be openminded towards and friendly towards Slytherin and be a Gryffindor, because the truth is being true to ones self as harry is even in the books is a Slytherin train, gryffindors are conformists

That was really tensed. I wish he could talk about it with Draco, and understand how astonishing what he did was, and how Dumbledore know, in a way, that he's in the wrong, because if not he would have serve detention until the end of the year.
The adults of the series never fails to dissapoint me. I mean, you don't bashed them, and MacGonagall and the others (except Snape?) care about her students and her job. But at the same time they don't want to see. They don't seem to tell themselves: he's a parseltongue, a snake just died, maybe it could have upset him ? Or just: I made him seeker. Does he wants to be a seeker ? For her being in the team is off course good, but she didn't think of Harry when she does that. At best she see James Potter. In the end it's not much better that what's Snape doing. As for Dumbledore, like in the books, he has his plans. Harry isn't really important as long as he stick to the unsaid plans. Seriously, Quirrel is the only adult one I genuily like so far (even if I don't hate the others).
I'm wondering if your Voldemort will discover the thruth about Harry, and be sane enough to care. Anyway if Harry don't change his mind his blood as "blood of the ennemy" will not work very well.
As I just reread your story, I saw that Harry horcrux seemed to react at times ? It woulfd open so many possibilities…
