Oh my god yes! I loved it ! I have always been bothered by the fact that nobody considers Sakura as a real fighter but just like a medic, plus the fact that she is waiting for Sasuke while he has fucked up, all that annoy me but here it is genius I really liked the couple shanks x Sakura.

"Luffy grows on them all, like a damn weed..." -My favorite freaking line, ever. I imagine an affectionate tone from Shanks saying this with a hint of mock-annoyance or deadpan tone. It's dang hilarious every time I say those words in my mind.

I've loved the idea of this fic since the start, even if it IS a one-shot. I would have absolutely loved to see this expanded and witness more interactions between Sakura and any of the other One Piece anime characters that we know and love. I certainly wouldn't mind one-shots between a lot of characters and Pinky, at least.
