OMFG! THIS IS MY FAVOURITE Qrow x Summer FAN FIC EVER! Ok I'll stop using all caps but there was a point that this was part of the real RWBY series it was that well thought out and literally almost brought me to tears! Would be even better if in the continuation Summer appeared at some point huh huh.

This story is so interesting, it should be cannon! I want Qrow to be the best father he could be to Ruby. And she seems to be taking it all in pretty well.

If that ending was supposed to be Summer still being alive...you do realize that's much worse than her being dead, right?

Darn, you used the tired trope of "innocent person causes problems by preventing one of the good guys from killing their enemy." This is Remnant! They're Huntsmen! It's their job to protect people, which sometimes includes killing, and in a case when you only barely have the upper hand on someone, it's totally one of those times! Arggh.

Eh, I'm really not a fan of Ruby being Qrow's daughter because 1) WoG says it's not canon and 2) It cheapens their relationship a bit. But I'm still reading this because I really want to read more stuff with Qrow, and I'll just comfort myself that their relationship is close enough that tons of people want him to be her father.

I'm not sure how Qrow could be less than her uncle. I mean, she already knows he's Raven's brother, not Tai's or Summer's.

Hello, this is really a good story and i love both the Qrow/summer ship and him beings ruby's father, but frankly the epilogue seems me a little anticlimatic. Whath happened exactly, Summer is still alive?She became Salem(i hate thath story)?It's just a exscuse for a sequel?
