RustyRiley chapter 1 . 12/18/2019 This story was enjoyable, though I haven't played any of the Zelda games nor know the lore, I still enjoyed this small tale of romantics. I can definitely see the improvement of you writing, though even this story was impressively written, better than what I could do. |
Sentinel07 chapter 1 . 4/11/2019 Just came by this story. Excellent job. :) I look forward to that bit Link and Saria story you have in the works, whenever it comes. |
Vet Ralph chapter 1 . 9/6/2018 That's a deep story sir. |
Dark White Fang chapter 1 . 4/14/2017 Thank you for this story. I needed it. |
signor chapter 1 . 3/10/2017 This was a very nice little oneshot, its nice to see Saria/Link fics get some quality writers, they're a lovely pair and its a shame there's not that many stories with them. I'm already eager to read your long fanfic, I hope it goes well. |
Junior BLD chapter 1 . 2/18/2017 Amazing story! I love the description of the contrast between the world seven years before and of the world when evil took over! Nice job! |
Dark Glass01 chapter 1 . 2/15/2017 You, Sir/Madame, are a poet. Its clear you have a great grasp of romantic/distant longing chemistry, with nearly every word perfectly placed to convey the re-connection of two long-parted friend and the somewhat awkward space between deep platonic love and romantic love the two seem to occupy. I especially like how Link reads a with a more 'emotionally immature' outlook then Saria (Having lost 7 years of his life), while still being more experienced: playing the wordly, goal/practical focused counter to her emotionally stability and self-confidence. The Kokiri having their own (Celtic?) tongue is a little strange if I think about it too hard, since it would mean Link shouldn't have been able to communicate with the outside world but that's drowned out by everything else wonderful here. |
SpleenofSamara chapter 1 . 2/10/2017 I've told you this in private already, but let the world hear it now. Exquisite work. Your reverence and attention to detail within this world are commendable, your character dynamics true and affecting. And to anyone reading, let this also be known: This little story is but a taste of what your author has in store for the future. Hold onto your hats, folks. |
