Reviews for Remnant's Fate
WinxStarDracoFire chapter 3 . 12/20/2018
So what happened to the other Fates children? Are they not on a team?
Angron chapter 3 . 8/25/2017
update soon please!
Antex-The Legendary Zoroark chapter 3 . 2/17/2017
Awesome! So you chose Ganondorf huh? Darn. And I just voted for Grima too! Lol. No biggie I guess.

Anyway, liked how well this chapter was written. Even spotted a few references! Such as Kingdom Hearts and Fairy Tail. Impressive! Anyhoo, I digress. The only thing that needs working on is when you have someone speak, you identify who it is.

For example, you had Kiragi speak to Ruby right? Yet you simply put He instead of identifying Kiragi. That can become a bit of an issue for us readers if we don't know who's speaking to whom.

Keep up the good work and update again soon!
Antex-The Legendary Zoroark chapter 2 . 2/17/2017
I can definitely understand Raphael being paired with Lucina. I like her too. But it kinda makes me wish you made the other Amiibo Einherjar: Marth, Ike, and Robin real as well. Aw well.

As for the villain? I'm hoping it's Grima who somehow survived Robin's attack and/or possessed a Grimm to gain a new body and powers.
Antex-The Legendary Zoroark chapter 1 . 2/17/2017
HOLY CHEEZITS! A Fire Emblem Fates & RWBY crossover?! I've died and gone to heaven haven't I?! *slaps self* Ow! Ok. Focus Antex!

This was a great start! I love it so far! I'd be happy to share some ideas with you! I've got a vivid imagination y'know? Even my folks say so! Lol. I'm definitely liking this story already. Expect some reviews from me!

And also, may I reccomend a pairing? Asugi and Ruby.
Why? Both like sweets such as candy and cookies, plus both are rather fast. One being a Ninja and the other having a speed Semblance.

Maybe, Cinder and her posse, can be shown the error of their ways and maybe be invited to join Raphael's Team? Just some suggestions.
Lord Zant the Usurper King chapter 3 . 2/16/2017
Alright.

First chapter: Don't know what the hell is going on that battle scene. You have a LOT of characters doing different things in there. You need to calm down. Lower the amount of people brought into Remnant or have them split up and search for clues.

Second chapter: Now all the parent units are going to be teachers? How many of them are there? And when did Lucina get here? Why is she here? I'm so lost.

Third chapter: Ha! Love Camilla. She's just awesome. And now God's here... great. You do know how OP he is right. None of the heroes stand a chance against him as none of them have a piece of the Triforce or the Master Sword. I doubt the Yato can even scratch him. Ganon is WAY TOO OP for this crossover.

I was thinking Nergal would be a great villain for this fanfic, but you're moving this story at such a rapid fire pace that I don't think you would do them justice. Nergal does a lot of scheming and is subtle in his movements. Would've been amazing to see three excellent chess players duke it out. And also would've been amazing to see both the Black Fang and the White Fang in the same story.
Guest chapter 3 . 2/12/2017
Can we please get some insight on the rest of the children please? I'm egar to see what teams they form.
General soto chapter 3 . 2/10/2017
Is this what God hoped mankind would accomplish?
Guest chapter 2 . 2/9/2017
All right! Nice to see you sticking with the story! Let's see: formatting is very nice now, easier on the eyes; I feel like the dialogue is great at points but a bit ooc at others-I personally can't see Siegbert swearing. Be sure to watch your their, there and they're as well. Overall, a nice chapter.

I do wonder, is this the only group you're bringing in or did you just not mention others? It seems odd if the royals came without their retainers.
Guest chapter 2 . 2/7/2017
With all due respect I think the villian should be Bahamut (Your OC). Why? Because I think it'll be nice to see a fresh villian who we know nothing about. We already know the motives of Grima, Gannondorf, Sephiroth and The Major. But we wouldn't know anything about Bahamut's desire is or what he's capable of, so it would be a fun experice.

At least that's what I think.

But whoever the villian is and wherever this story goes, I wish you the best of luck my friend and I hope to get some insights on the rest of the children soon.
Has chapter 1 . 2/7/2017
P.S. I would have mention other stuff but Blazblue's Review has that covered.

*Not but really, you should have racism and experimenting with technology on it.

P.S.S. Also the crash on some of the ideologies.

*and if you want to go more deeper just include Garon, Mikoto, Arete, Sumeragi, Scarlet, and Izana working in a bakery for not reason. (But if you are really this then actually explain why they are there, don't just put random stuff on your fics)
Has chapter 1 . 2/7/2017
First of all, nice story you have there. Not an awesome one but a great one. You are gonna need to fix some grammar problems, but overall everything looks good.

Secondly) so you are going to have the children units as the students, what about the first generation? I suggest having some of them as teachers and others as staff members. This would make some good comedy because lets be honest, the entire Fates army are like one big of a dysfunctional army.

Thirdly) plz don't make Ozpin the one where EVERYONE goes to when they need something. There's literally other people who they can go to (Glynda, Port, Oobleck, Peach, OC maybe?). 85% of the fictions I encounter are always about everyone walking in or out to Ozpin. Also don't make Ozpin always choose Team RWBY for very important missions, getting very tired of that, choose any other teacher to make those missions instead (You have Glynda organized the Forest cleaning mission).

Fourthly) Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald are very hard to tell. For one side they shouldn't suck, on the other, they have to suck if we are going to have a more powerful villain. We have zero clue as to what kind of power does Salem has, all we know is that she's powerful to make Cinder fear her, even with the Maiden powers. However in the first 3 volumes we see them being like being pricks who doesn't have problem doing bad stuff, but in volume 4 we see that they began to question as to whether is all worth it or not. All I can say is that just have them like they are in the show until a moment with the main villain happen and then you can have them change their hearts and perhaps fight for the good guys, or do like what Harry Potter did with Draco and just have them run away not wanting to be part of it.

Fifthly) The main villain has to be someone very powerful, a little bit more powerful than Anankos. A few options that I have is that you have: A] Grima, The Fell Dragon. B] Ashnard, The Mad King. C] Little Brother, from Qrow's story of the creation. and D] Lyon. - So the reasons behinds this are: A] Grima is pretty much a dragons that wants everybody dead. He revives the dead an use them as an army. For some reason he can created Outrealms' portals. He can only be defeated by the Falchion, making the fight a little bit more harder (at least until they use Yato). And he can be like in the Robin vessel to enter into their ranks by convincing some of the soldiers (Odin, Laslow, Selena). And you get to actually develop this guy since in the game he's pretty much "Eeeeeeeeeeevil". - B] Ashnard is the main antagonist of the "Path of Radiance" game. He's crazy and wants to change the world, so he somehow making it to the RWBY world and see the way of living as impure can work (that's what I got from the wiki anyway). Also because we need more Fire Emblem villains. - C] Little Brother pretty much wants to destroy everything that Big Brother did and he's gonna do it by first destroying one of the worlds in the multiverse, that just happens to be this one. Also you can do the "villains pair for one common ideal" cliche. - D] Lyon is another Fire Emblem antagonist who is a nice guy but because he wanted to do good things by using the 'Fire Emblem' of his Realm he end up with two personalities and pretty much ends up doing bad stuff believing he's doing good, he's the guy we can't hate because he also has good excuses as to why (at least that is what I got from the wiki). Also because we need more Fire Emblem villains.

Sixthly) Just have the maiden the main objective to obtain since we don't know of the "artifacts" and they have made very clear that without them, Remnant is pretty much $% #.

And that's all my suggestions. I will not go over the pairings because I really don't care about them. And I hope to see more of this and not end up being disappointed. Thanks for really my bad review.

*You can put some random stuff like the fact that Flora has 'silver eyes' (as another fic made mention about this)(you can also put other soldiers who have silver eyes), not that it needs all of that.
DarkWitchFanBoy chapter 1 . 2/7/2017
What I've read so far is awesome but it does have a problem though and don't worry it's just one. Its the fact that they aren't really adjusting to Remnant you kinda just stuck them at initiation right away and I understand wanting to get to the good ideas of a crossover. So what I'm trying to say is slow it down a bit.

Now for the things I like a lot. First and foremost is the fact that you're including the child characters. From the Fates fics I've read they don't really feature the child units a lot so I'm glad your going to include them in the story. Another is the pairings and supports that'll be happening. Since I think everyone one from Corrin's army is here the ones I could suggest are.

Asugi and Ruby, Ruby like cookies a lot and Asugi likes sweets so I can imagine this'll be pretty entertaining to watch.

Charlotte and Yang, I would love to see these two interact with each other because Charlotte acts all innocent and fragile so I'd like to see Yang bust her act.

Shiro and Yang, do I need to explain it these two are a lot alike I think that's enough.

Odin/Owian and the Team RWBY members, Odin/Owian likes to name weapons so I would imagine he'd go crazy with the names Team RWBY gave their weapons.

Beruka and Blake, These two have a dark past and seeing them relate to each could make for a interesting support.

Coco ,Oboro and Forrest, These three love fashion need I say more.

Next is the villain. The ones I could think make appearances are Grima from Awakening, Nergal from Blazing Sword and The Demon King from Sacred Stones.

That's all I have to say and I'm looking forward to readying more.
Blazblade chapter 1 . 2/7/2017
Let me start out by saying you have given me an idea my friend. Personally, even though its flaws are there, I still enjoy Fates quite a bit. However, for this type of crossover certain things need to be addressed.

1. Getting used to new surroundings

It goes without saying that the Fates characters are going to need to get used to Remnant and its advanced tech. I mean devices that prepare and preserve food along with entertainment and long range communication, land, sea and air transportation that doesn't have creatures pulling them along, and of course MORE ADVANCED WEAPONS. With the exception of magical weapons like Rajinto and Siegfried, they're outgunned (speaking of which I wonder how they'll react to seeing firearms in action. God knows they'll be worried about how destructive these type of weapons will be.). Seeing the Fates characters trying to adjust to things in Remnant has potential to be interesting and comical seeing people from a medieval period getting used to modern technology. Not only that, but they themselves could get some of the weapons Remnant has in order to face down guys like Roman, Cinder, and Adam (while on the subject, GIVING THEM AURAS AND SEMBLANCES IS A MUST! Fire Emblem characters could be considered peak human in terms of physical abilties and superhuman in terms of reflexes by their endgames (with them dodging lightning from thunder tomes). However, the RWBY cast due to their Auras and Semblances are considered superhuman. Ruby's high speed and Yang and Nora's great strength being some examples of this. So the Fates characters have to gain Aura and Semblances in order to stand on a similar playing field, and due to their high levels of skill and experience, they could no doubt fight guys like Adam and Cinder and have a better chance against them than Pre-Vytal Ruby and friends). Also, they would get Remnant weapons and hold weapons like the Omega Yato, Rajinto, and Sigfried as last resorts, as I think they could be used in effect with whatever Semblances they get. One key area to tackle as well is how the Vale counsel and later Ironwood would take these outsiders. Ironwood would understand them if say Ryoma and Xander apeal to him as follow military commanders, but the Counsel would consider these outsiders to be dangerous for whatever selfish agenda they have. So this does need to be addressed

2. Faunus, the racism against them, and the White Fang

If similar stories are any example, those with ears that aren't normal could be considered Faunus in RWBYverse terms. So Raphael and Kana could for a majority of the story could be considered Faunus alongside Kaden, Keaton, Selkie, and Velouria. I want the Fates characters to see and experience the racism against Faunus, so we can see their moral ground on the subject. Kana, Selkie and Velouria will no doubt experience this at Beacon (no thanks to CRDL), so I want to see how they deal with it and deal with racists (if they and the other child units can kick CRDL's asses, it will be amazing). I can see Raphael/Corrin being against the racism entirely and both royal families would want to show they're in support of Faunus and would defend them. Of course, the White Fang also have to be considered in the grand scheme of things. To me, the royals would see them as just terrorists and bandits, ruining any chance that the Faunus could have in improving relations with humans. Considering how the Fates gang has experienced war before, they could help be a force to take the fight to the White Fang and due some damage. I can see Kagero, Kaze, and Saizo preform ambushes on White Fang units, Leo and Takumi coming up strategies to stop their attacks and hurt their cause, and seeing the Royals (mainly Ryoma and Xander) just going to town on them. I especially want to see either Raphael/Corrin, Ryoma, or Xander take on Adam either before or during the Battle of Beacon. I want them to see how insane and sadistic Adam is and his goals to kill humans for the sake of his revolution and stand against him, declaring that they would never allow for a deranged monster to accomplish such a twisted and destructive goal.

3. Cinder and her group

For the Fates cast (probably Azura in particular), they could see a deeper conspiracy with Roman, the White Fang, and how they're working together. Perhaps much like with Garon and Anankos, they could have an idea that someone is pulling springs in the shadows, trying to manipulate events for a major move against the Kingdoms. I want them to try and investigate these possiblites and eventually confront Cinder. I especially want Raphael/Corrin to do so because it show a true clash of ideologies and how the they see the world. Cinder herself could no doubt take interest in these mysterious arrivals and adapt her plans to counter these new players in the game. I want to see the Fates characters encounter Mercury and Emerald and tell by their experience and senses that they (along with Cinder if this is during those three infiltrating Beacon) aren't just regular students and that they seem like they're up to something.

I'm not sure on pairings or any villains to put into the story (I could come with some down the line), but I can't wait to see how things play out. I hope that Raphael/Corrin, his siblings, their allies and retainers can help make a difference in Remnant and help Ruby and her friends grow stronger.

Also, I think it would be best if they kept the fact that they're the parents of the child units that are now going to go to Beacon from say Ruby and the other students. Honestly, it could cause some misunderstandings and problems overall so they need to come with a way to cover it.
Guest chapter 1 . 2/7/2017
You could make a Shigure x Ruby, Yang x Asugi, Weiss x Siegbert, Blake x Shiro. Corrin could be mistaken for a faunus. Is Corrin the father from Shigure?
