Ok well so far the story seems to be I guess ok I am wondering why Naruto would not be mad at his Uncle since he has been alive this whole time and also knew that his parents were dead as well as how he was being treated and he knew all this but never came to help raise him some uncle he is if you have it where Naruto is ok with how his uncle who is still alive just shows up out of nowhere and Naruto not getting mad that he has family this whole time then Naruto should not even get mad at Jiraiya if he tells Naruto he is his Godfather if he does get mad then Naruto should also be mad at his own uncle then but oh well as for you going to give Naruto wood style will he still have his wind element as well I hope so

I guess I can check this story out so please update again soon and could you make the chapters just a little bit longer please

I like this story so far also like how you have shown the reactions of the people of Konoha and the regret of Tsunade and how her decision to banish Naruto has affected her and her relationships and showing the repercussions of this banishment. I think you could have both summons you could have owls for infiltration, espionage, sabotage and tracking and tigers tracking, assassination, capture and protection

Good start but technically you can't have your jutsus maybe you mean charkra but if they sealed his charkra Naruto still has access to Kuramas charkra which is more potent they can't mess with the seal without possibly releasing Kurama or weakening it and with Jiraiya out of the village at the time I am just assuming right now they couldn't lock the seal without the key. But having a Uzumaki uncle who should be able to break the seal for him he will be able to use jutsu soon. Summoning contract idea a tiger or owl

look interesting, with the usual banishment cliché (even if it is rare when tsunade is a bitch).
ask what will be the consequence of this banishment? will waves and snow countries will end up their trades? you told gamabunta will be pissed about naruto ending the contrat, will him and the elders will acting like nothing happened or they will see that konoha is too much corrupted and will end their alliance with the village?

If this is your first story then i think you're going to be an amazing author in the future (if you continue like this) because a lot of authors are not good(like at all) at their first story

And about the summoning...maybe cats(like cats, lions, tigers and any animal that are related to cats)
Or maybe some kind of birds like eagles
