I loved Halts reaction to Ferris!

OK I'm laughing so hard at what Crowley thought about Halt sanity. :D

At the part were Halt went into the castle I was literally freaking out as in **FREAKING OUT.** I don't even know how to explain it, but just know that I haven't freaked out this much since I actually found out about Halt in the first place. No, wait, sorry, let me correct you. Since I thought he was going to die. Even Alyss didn't merit this.

Suggestion! (I'm going to be evil here, and if it doesn't work out with the story then you can say no, I won't be offended) The cut that Halt got earlier was indeed from a vengeful ghost and (here's the evil part) it gets terribly infected as (I'm making this up) ghosts are highly unsanitary. They now have to not only defeat the Balkara but also Halt has to get through this terrible wound that is now so infected (he hadn't noticed before now, which allowed it to get progressively more and more infected) that he is delirious with . (If you got lost because of all the parenthesis just skip over them while keeping what they say in mind)

I found a decent article for infected wounds if you need research, and it looks fairly credible so here's a link: /health/wound-infection
The part the I suggest is the 'What are the complications of a wound infection?' section. I skimmed it and, from what I got, it has what happens if infected wounds aren't treated.

I also found a part in it saying something about sepsis (more evilness from me) and I suggest clicking on that link (it should be an orange color) as it will take you to an article about that. I think that might be a good way to say 'hey, now Halt is really ill from infection!' If you can't find the link in the first article, here's a link: /health/sepsis-septicaemia-leaflet
I suggest in this one the section called 'Symptoms.' Basically it says what happens when you have this.

However, if you do choose to use my idea, don't let me stop you from doing your own research. Maybe there's some other illness that comes from infection that I missed that would be better. Maybe there's something I missed. I suggest maybe skimming over most of these articles (the parts that might be helpful, I mean) that way you can get a better idea of what to write.

And if this idea doesn't work for what you have planned, don't use it! I promise I won't be offended. It only took me about five-ten minutes to research this, so it's not like I spent my entire life researching what the heck this all is. Nothing will be lost (except you being evil with my prompt and hasty research). I just thought 'hey, he has a wound, let's make the readers hate you for writing him nearly dying.'

Hi, thanks for the chapter, I can't wait for the next one, I didn't see any thing that looked off. I really enjoyed reading the chapter and this story so far. Can Halt's sister please please please meet up with Halt and the rest of the group but at least Halt and Crowley, thank you for the story, I hope that you at least think about my suggestion but if it is unrealistic I don't hide if it does not happen, I mean I would love it if it was possible to do but if not then that is fine too, I will continue reading this story either way. thanks for the story.

I love this story! I always felt a bit disappointed that Flanagan had the Wragals and Kalkara in Araluen but no other supernatural creatures in the other countries in the later books, that felt like a bit of a lost potential. The supernatural element of the cave was great. And the moment were Rodney thought Halt was insane was great - it feels really in character.

When will the next chapter come out?
