Ya Yang what did Ruby sleep through?

Wonderful story. It can be hard for family to admit or realize when someone has grown up. I like that you threw in details like how Yang's instincts had her ready to fight and how even safe at home Ruby's posture was that if someone ready to spring into action. Also 7 aunt's living close by could be overwhelming for a kid. Again, a wonderful story.

i k ow this is a one shot but a couple extra shots would be co like tbe day after when they get married when they move into the new house them getting jobs in the gaurd or poloce or doing before and after mission maybe durring a big fight when they have there first of x kids (he is an arc if his family suggests anything atleast a few kids) and the rest of said x kids maybe them getting job at the academies and maybe birthdays or anniversarys or a few skipping through time for a chapter or two then them in a situation with their kids grown up and training them or something and maybe become headmaster or headmistress or something crazy (nah ozpin eternally youthful to live forever) or idk just a few slice of life moments thst would work (i think the you should in the description put post season 3 for a heads up for spoiler or for those thay didn't like how RWBY turned out after season 2)... welp either way bye

I found this nice. I've always found the fandom's protrayal of Yang being this overprotective psychopath smother figure to be greatly exaggerated so it was pleasant seeing her approach this in a mature way as did Ruby.

I've written fics approaching both ideas in this fic (sex while Yang is sleeeping, and Ruby and Yang talking) so it was nice to see someone appraoch it from a more mature perspective,

Great one shot - the ending was the best, so what did Ruby sleep through in her younger days while sharing the room with Yang? The mind boggles. Seriously, I like how you portrayed a more mature Ruby who earned that maturity the hard way. A Ruby who plans a future that is more than fighting.

A good piece if I do say so myself. I always wonder how Yang would react to the prospect of these two coming together, and this was a pretty serious, mature, and... adult story. I like it, and it addresses one of more technical details of adult life.
