The slow building, the dark entanglementno jada smith pun intended-, the betrayal, and THAT ENDING with her standing desolate out at sea with the castle crumbling to its finale around her. My god that was perfect. I love reading a good tomcissa story where she isn’t some weaker, demure version of Bella

I have read this one before but I’m not sure if I left a comment. Oh my this is good. So so so good. I don’t feel very coherent after this, just so you know. It’s such a great addition to explain Albus’s actions and motives plus it makes much more sense this way. I’d like to christen this as canon, not only for the fantastic character study but also because I refuse to believe Tom Riddle was straight; way too extra with all that dramatic scheming of his. I guess Albus really does have a type after all
