Oooh, a sequel? I'm definitely curious to see where this one goes. The batfam figuring out that Jason was alive was the big 'what if' in "Help" so I'm definitely excited to see that explored more in this fic. Especially when things have already gone in such a different direction, and Jason isn't quite as blatantly outlaw as he is in most canon continuities, what with his massive network of Bludhaven children that he's the unanticipated hero and defender of, haha.

Definitely curious to see where this is going! Looking forward to more.

It's really amazing that you're getting back to this series- I loved reading its prequel and I am looking forward to seeing how you address the Justice League in relation to Jason's actions, especially now that he has had a tangible, professionally acknowledged effect on the people of Bludhaven. Things like this are interesting, especially because of the ethical and moral clash that makes the Batclan and members of the League oppose Jason's results. It would be interesting to see some of that conflict emerge in the later chapters, especially when you have characters that, if I recall correctly, are not as morally inflexibleas Batman like Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter due to their respective backgrounds. Conflict in the Justice League is always a good thing to read. Don't quote me on those characters though- it's been a while :D
Dick interests me the most though, especially with the way you've represented him in this first chapter. On one hand, he has been raised a Bat and ascribes on some level to Batemans ethical strictures, especially in regards to killing (as you've pointed out with the Blockbuster reference). However, you've also specified that Dick recognises the traditional level of corruption that has been present in Bludhaven as atrociously high and invasive to the extreme, which makes me wonder what he will do after seeing tangible evidence of the improved state of the streets. Will it be enough to make him bend? I look forward to seeing where you go with that, especially since quite a lot of other fanfic smooth over the process of compromising two vastly different ethical systems by deciding to make Jason stop killing, belittling his reasons behind his actions and drive to make an active difference in the process.
It's funny though, how his first reaction to hearing that Jason was the Hood is to immediately suspect a frame job. Seems to me that he doesn't know Jason quite as well as he thinks he does haha!

Haha! I'ma so excited! This first chap was AWESOME, and left me in complete suspense! I wanna know what was on that drive, and I wanna know if Nightwing finds Jason! Eek! I don't care if the updates are few and far between; I'm just happy this is finally out!

Oh, I just realized, since Superman was the one to see Jason without his helmet, Bruce could have him use his x-ray vision to check Jason's grave for a body.
