I am somewhat curious as to why you ended part one here. I am going to assume that there will be a second part that will equal or maybe exceed the first parts chapter count. For some strange tactical reason I tho k that the "Moster" has not had his due. The North Koreans might have defeated the Chinese navy but there will be a footnote for this short but decisive battle. The monster has not gained anything to his advantage. So short of a nuclear attack on the U.S. whatever he might have in store for Orion, Rick, Kate, Haley, Espo, and Vienna will not be at all pleasant by a long shot.

And I thought that you would have gone in a way different vein with Rick and Kate. I was expecting the battle, but what about the proposal? Will they get married? I'm not too sure about their pending nuptials only because Kate might have cold feet after she realized that he took out 10,000 men with the push of a button. I really think that she might have second thoughts.

I have read this story three times and picked up more facts every time I read it. Thank you for giving this long after the show ended. You have found a home for just about every character from the show and even ones that came from your imagination. Please start on the second part of this story and don't leave us hanging for that long.
