Chakra changed to adapt to new surroundings... outside of senjutsu isn't chakra a power from within? what bearings does the outside have to do with it? i understand the need to make a weakness but thats a overused unimaginative shot at it, pathways shredded because of too much power being used at once to keep him alive? acceptable, control shot to hell because of that? acceptable, senjutsu causing the previous 2 problems do to being a energy from a different world? acceptable, even having him lose the ability to use chakra permanently (but not the chakra itself) do to shredded pathways and having to relearn/ re-create or downright having to create a complete different fighting style because of that would be more acceptable than chakra changed he changed spots...

So, the premise was good but looks like the reviews have it. Listen, I really fucking hate Issei as much as the next guy but that is not what bothers me. What does is the fact that you made Naruto weaker than when he graduated the academy. In all honesty, Naruto defeated a Chunin before being a fucking Genin and I know DxD characters are definitely weaker than Naruto characters. Especially Raynare for Christ's sake! She was the first villian of the story and like all first villians, the WEAKEST! Yes, I know Mizuki was the first Villian but he had actual skill if you watched those damn filler episodes. Raynare did nothing but suprise a pervert and died by Rias. Take the fact you have Naruto who is literally GOD at the end of the series killed by the lowest of the low of Fallen Angels, is just disappointing. Clichés, not really one to say anything since I have used some and so have many other others, but seems as if you took every single possible one. Issei using chakra becuase who dafuq cares, check. Naruto teaching him because he just met him, check. Etc.

Okay... Since its just the first chapter Im gonna reserve judgement. For the most part your grammar is great and your plot is okay. Can it be a RiasxNaruto?

Don't be discouraged, the chapter was really interesting and those lil shits that didn't even bother to read to the end should be ashamed. Still, try to be different, that trip to Kyoto is pretty good idea. Imo Naruto should travel a bit, learne about the world, hell maybe even lear magic. Would love to see interactions with Hindu Gods, especially Shiva, there are not many stories that mention him and he is the strongets God.
