Reviews for Dream Coalescence
Iqmalzz chapter 20 . 8/2
This is actually one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Undeniably a superb one. It's a good read when compared to the other standard Fate fanfics.
giovvaniauditore chapter 2 . 6/9
'Also, I knew that you would be killed since Saber had slashed Archer, and I wouldn't have been able to look at myself in a mirror if I had just ignored that."
...
Bro killed an uninitiated shirou, stinky hypocrisy
But a good read so far
giovvaniauditore chapter 1 . 6/9
Slightly confused by protags actions
Wants to be a part of the war and win so badly he assassinates shirou.
Turns and stops saber from fighting archer, then helps rin and archer against herc.
Wouldn't thinning the herd better suit him?
Still piqued my interest though boss.
NazgulBelserion chapter 20 . 5/11/2019
I feel fkin empty man the VR shit hoed me I feel like it should of been added to description i got invested in characters but I knew in end it was an empty dream so I ended feeling like I was reading a random fic instead of this well written thing ya VR killed my immersion best way to put it lol
TheOneWhoSeeksTheStars chapter 20 . 12/26/2018
was great, maybe the best story that i read in this site after tis femina.
i used to be worry about the virtual reality, but you knew how to handle it perfectly.
i have noticed about the change of plans (change of plans, not a plot-twist) that you did in the middle of the history, but you also knew how to handle it properly. i am impressed

I love this story, literally cry at the end, that Rin and illya could not be saved from their destiny broke my heart, especially after reading the bonus chapters, please author, if you ever read this, answer me, do they have a future? PLEASE!
Kane77 chapter 20 . 11/27/2018
So I'm going to say, decent story. It had some moments that drew me in and a few more that made me say "why". But it's biggest flaw is the "twist" or setup for it to happen. At the end of the day it is just a framing device, yet it also takes a lot of the weight out of everything that happens. It's hard to feel sad when in the end it's not real, for anyone. This is why in games we typically play characters from that world, it allows us to emphasize with them. Look a Dragon age origins, in most origins someone close to you dies or betrays you, it's sad and has weight throughout the game because it should matter to your character. On the other hand if the character you play was someone playing a game who knew none of th things were real but reacted to them like they were its, well...a bit narmish.

That's probably my biggest problem and a lot of the character inconsistencies can be chalked up to it being a game, yet he also reacts to other situations as if they are genuinely real. It makes him seem unhinged from reality, and that isn't even explored.
Righello Di'Tutti chapter 20 . 5/27/2018
Greatly impressed
Phantom System chapter 15 . 5/20/2018
I... I... Where do I begin? First off, I always do this whenever I read a story that completely satisfies my heart, I want to say, thank you. Just, thank you. Thank you for writing this, thank you for taking you're time to make this, thank you for having this idea come to you, thank you, if it wasn't for that random thing in you're mind, I wouldn't have felt this satisfied reading a fanfic, which was not a regular thing. The story went how you wanted it to go, and I honestly don't mind the VR stuff that much, in didn't bother me anyways, plus I kinda find it pretty appealing, and somewhat feels like it's within reach to the real world. But I digress, I love this story, especially the ending. It didn't leave me sad like it should but, like Ben's wordsa feeling of euphemism washed over me."

I love saber, from the moment I first watched Fate/stay night, and seeing her like this fills my heart to the brim with pure happiness and joy. I honestly don't think I can fully explain how satisfied I feel, words truly can't explains ones purest of emotion. I don't think I'll ever forget this, even just thinking about it now, especially the ending, makes me feel melancholy, but in a good way. You're ending truly, and I mean truly deserves praise.

I Thank You For This Story.
GrindingV2 chapter 2 . 5/17/2018
Using French as the magic that Ben uses means people can understand what he's saying. For example, I can. Still, enjoying the story so far!
xThomas2 chapter 1 . 4/23/2018

Brixen Chright chapter 20 . 3/30/2018

Calamari Inkantation chapter 20 . 2/18/2018
An amazing story. Tragic and Heartwarming at the same time.
Poor Arty.
Keaton Hawke chapter 20 . 1/29/2018
... bloody f'ing hell.
This story. Just... why do you have to make it so. So.
I can't stop thinking about it. Twisting my thoughts. Hitting my Feels.
I will admit that I sort of made my own version of chap. 20, before I read it too. And i was surprised that they had some vague resemblances. Though my mind took a darker yet happier route.
If ever you do more with this story, have no doubt. I Will read it. I cannot promise to always like everything, but if your work stays consistent with D C, I don't think I will have any problems with things.
And just to offer, since my mind is constantly mixing the story ( and in some ways, taking it in different directions). If you want, I can try to articulate some of what goes through my head to you. for writing ideas, or just to see different versions of some scenes. Or even just to see someone liking your story in his own way. Who knows?
Anyways, I am forever grateful for this work of art, and have a good night (? 2:30 a.m)
Guest chapter 3 . 1/16/2018
