Nice chapter, Misato is going to have to slowly unravel the onion that is NERV, and it's not going to be pretty. I've had a few thoughts about doing a Misato centric Peggy sue fix but was never really sure how to due it. You did a pretty good job on Rei's character, with the sort of deeply hidden but there emotions she has. As for spelling and grammar, I don't see anything but I've never been good at that stuff anyways.
I eagerly await the next chapter.
