Guest chapter 12 . 8/17 So life has been hitting me the hardest it's ever hit but I came across your story and I'm so glad I did. It has provided a most lovely refuge, and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a sherlock fic. Your writing is phenomenal and I'm sure I will be coming back to this story again soon. Thank you for writing it |
Nami2255 chapter 12 . 7/27 This was an amazing story. I am so happy and amazed at how you have taken the story to the next part. The sherlolly part felt so natural and not forced as i have seen in some stories. And the fact that timewise you have let the story happen over the span of months/years. This is now my new favorite sherlock story. |
2178577 chapter 12 . 7/9 This was a lovely read. I can tell you put a lot of work into it and it was nice to get immersed in a story about my favorite characters. Thank-you for posting this. :) |
MegK1978 chapter 12 . 6/20 Seeing "Final Problem" and its aftermath from different points of view was fantastic. Watching Molly go through seeing Sherlock's "downward spiral" before going after Culverton Smith was heart-breaking. And Rosie and Grace were absolutely ADORABLE! Well done and well written. Brava. |
Guest chapter 12 . 6/15 Thank you. I enjoy reading different Sherlock stories, but I've been completely confused why so few seem to start in the later series and progress in accordance with the characters. This was perfect. I finished rewatching Sherlock with my bro today and was feeling so hungry for someone to provide a story as you have done. Thank you! One of my favorite reads for FF as well as books. Your writing expresses the characters as they've developed throughout the series as well as providing creative explanations for S3-4. I'm amazed. Thank you! The characters, the surprises, the feels, the everything - absolute perfection. I'm still basking in the afterglow of an overly satisfying read. Thank you! ~RK |
nalla7 chapter 12 . 5/21 I've been rereading the stories in my favourites list, and I just finished rereading this. I just wanted to tell you how lovely and engaging this is. It's so well-written and the characterization is amazing. I loved reading Eurus's pov and getting to see such a strong Molly..you wrote her in such a balanced and realistic way that fleshed out all the bits we know about her from the show. Thank you for writing! |
casketbones chapter 12 . 5/14 Wow... you write so beautifully and capture the emotions so well on paper that I can completely and clearly picture every scene, emotion, heartache, joy and the peace that has come with these characters journeys. Thank you so much, this is my favourite Sherlolly story. |
librarywitch chapter 11 . 5/7 Perfect. |

May your days are going better cause you are already making my days better by reading this. Thanks again. You deserve all the gratitude from every Sherlockian. |

matchaven chapter 9 . 4/28 I've read several Sherlock (skipped the crossover genre) fanfiction and trust me this is so far the best, I don't know why this isn't be in anyone's favorite, needs more appreciation! The story really fill every hole plots in S4, that's the best part! And I like the author didn't take any rush to change Sherlolly into official, though I still feel a bit cringe to see Sherlock finally fall in love and maintain a relationship that way hahaha but I can't manage my curiousity to not finish the story. You know sometimes deep down inside I feel a guilty to be able read such this good story with no charge or even do anything in return. I don't know how to thank |
keeptheotherone chapter 12 . 4/28 This is so cute, and a great way to show a little follow-up for each character! I loved this story and enjoyed all the emotional ups and downs of following it :D Thank you! |
keeptheotherone chapter 11 . 4/28 Okay, I got sucked in the other night and binged these last two chapters straight through. Favorite bits: The Noble gases joke is great! Rosie is so realistic in that scene-picking up on the one word she knows (boo!), wanting to be part of Sherlock and Molly's embrace, her distress at leaving her favorite toy behind. Sherlock is so sweet, trying to do what Molly wants about announcing their relationship and apologizing when he thinks he's hurt her feelings. Sherlock's exposure therapy is hilarious! And I really liked Dr. Rowan. It was fun to see Sherlock and Molly working a case after they got together, the little differences that tipped off Greg and Sally that their relationship has changed. Poor Eurus-she's trying to do the right thing, to care for Sherlock, but she doesn't know how to communicate. Love the "Do you know?" game-that's perfect for Sherlock! And the special added episode at bedtime ... the things we can admit in the dark :) And oh, boy, that fight-so painful. I felt for both of them, understood where each of them was coming from, but what I loved the most was the *way* they fought. No childish tantrums, no spitefulness, just painful honesty and deep, deep love. And of course I love the way he proposed-so very Sherlock and an inside joke at the same time. |
keeptheotherone chapter 8 . 4/24 Hey, it's me again ... I couldn't not review this chapter. It is so incredibly emotional, for EVERYONE, even poor little Rosie, and I cried so much for Sherlock. He's so lost, and hurting so much, and he doesn't know how to reach out to Molly or ask for help. I stand by my earlier comment-John really stepped up in this chapter, both for Sherlock and for Molly ... and himself, even. Rating: 3 Kleenex! |
keeptheotherone chapter 10 . 4/25 Ahhhh! So glad Meghan finally got put in her place, and Molly was brave enough to go to Sherlock to put the pieces together, and the way he told her straight out, and they're both vulnerable but so gentle with each other, and ... I honestly think I've cried in every single chapter of this story. I love them. |
