LOVE IT!

This is pretty good so far...

Here's what I would've done for chapter 20:

Luna monologues: "We did not believe such power was possible. But I suppose that this is what the legends talked about: the fury of the Time Lords. Romana was going to unleash living hell upon them for all eternity."

Neville monologues: "It was on the planet Skaro where most of the Death Eater army was brought. Their magic was useless against the creatures known as the Daleks. The were utterly 'exterminated'. But Romana also put them in an endless Time Loop, where the Death Eaters would face 'extermination' for all eternity. Only Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange, Greyback, and Wormtail were left."

Ginny monologues: "Greyback was paralyzed and was forced to live that way for all eternity. As for Wormtail, he was dropped of 100,000,000,000,000 years into the future, where he was forced to live through the end. She trapped him in a Time Loop as well, Wormtail is being forced to relive the end forever."

Ron monologues: "Bellatrix Lestrange, Romana did not go easy on her. She made her immortal and then wrapped her in unbreakable chains forged in the heart of a dwarf star. She then electrified the chains so that she would endure pain and suffering for 100,000,000,000,000 years."

Harry monologues: "Voldemort, my archenemy, she had me cast the Cruciatus curse upon him, full power, she froze Voldemort in a single moment in time, being forced to endure torture for all of eternity. She then fitted Voldemort into a scarecrow to watch over the fields of England, forever. Voldemort and his Death Eaters wanted to live forever, and Romana made sure of that."

So I found your story earlier this morning and couldn't put it down. Never thought the Whoverse would integrate so well with the wizarding world. Can't wait for the next update, and I hope things are less overwhelming with the decrease in your writing schedule.

One of those simple but brilliant concepts that has to be handled properly or it just won’t work; congratulations on pulling off the required balance.
From the moment that Bellatrix’s torture session provided Hermione with the necessary catalyst to ‘unlock’ her memories of being Romana, this storyline just continued to impress, ranging from such thought-out moments as the decision to deprive Romana of Hermione’s magic to the more personal moments as others react to her transformation. The altered campaign against Voldemort as they search for his remaining horcruxes is well-balanced with moments of personal revelation as Romana learns more about how she came to Earth and the wizarding world’s ties to the alien community, leading into a very neat ‘alternate’ end to the final confrontation with Voldemort.
The addition of the Doctor comes at the perfect time, allowing him to make his presence felt without undermining what the Hogwarts staff and students achieved, to say nothing of clarifying just how the existence of the wizarding world may be reconcilable with the Doctor having read the books (to say nothing of the nice touch of Martha’s reaction to the experience).
Admittedly, the hints of the Doctor and Romana having some other moment where they met in Romana’s vaguely-remembered past life and the Doctor’s likely future felt like an unnecessary complication, but the central implied idea of Romana/Hermione acting as ‘the Doctor’ to the wizarding world should certainly be interesting to witness as you take this storyline further.
Hope you’re going to update this one soon; the implications of Romana’s involvement at this time in New Earth’s history raise some VERY significant questions…

Sorry but i really hate Ron and believe the only way Hermione would 'fall' for him is love & loyalty potions, compulsion charms and other mind magics that would be burned off by even a partial regeneration.

Good chapter, and I realized it was sometime between the New Earth Episode and Gridlock before I read the A/N. I am curious how the Face of Boe will help out though, and see how Romana will stop the Bliss Drug.
