Awesome job with this chapter can’t wait to read the next chapter

It's a bit irritating how Ren seems to have quite literally vanished off the face of the earth, straight out of Nora's mind.

I mean, Nora has known this boy since she was like...6 or something, I don't know how old they were when Kuroyuri happened. And yet, she completely latches onto Naruto, not once really expressing more than a passing curiosity about when Ren had gotten off to.

I get it, you wanted her to be paired with him, cool. But maybe it'd be better if Ren actually died when the pair were making their way to Beacon, leaving her to complete their journey alone. It'd give a nice dramatic history, explain why he wasn't there, and it'd make for a great plot-point later when she inevitably brings it up.

It would crack her psyche to lose someone like Ren, but that's why Naruto exists, to be the glue that sticks her back together more pancake-filled and awesome than ever.

I would question why this had to be a Naruto crossover. This could have just been a regular Rwby story, thanks to the fact that Naruto (At least as of now) has no meaningful connection to the Narutoverse.

His appearance, his name, and that's kinda it. No chakra, no Kurama, nothing really tying this into the Narutoverse. You literally could have made a generic blond Branwen with a lucky semblance, called him Naruto, and you'd be close to the same character.

But hey, then we wouldn't have the mental image of OUR Naruto bonding with Nora. And maybe sometime in the future of this story stuff like that is introduced, I don't know, nor will I ever.

It was fun, just...not my cup of tea!

Best of luck though, I did enjoy a good bit of what I read!

Calling it; Ren died, and she has been in denial and was seeing him as part of her psychosis. Naruto will help her get over it, as they become more than just friends/ partners. Gotta say, if that is the rute you took; it is a good choice, no triangle drama or shit like that, and it is a good way to deepen their bond.

Can you also do another Naruto/RWBY crossover and make Naruto Ironwood’s son and being paired with Winter Schnee and possibly Elm Ederne or just Winter?

Yeah, my guess is that the reason the grim didn't get eaten in Kuroyuri was that Nora fainted and the Grimm didn't sense her fear if Ren's semblance didn't help her.
