Great chapter, one thing a term baby is 40 weeks to be fully developed, at 24 weeks a baby has a very low survival rate, without immediate medical attention and weeks in a hospital they would die, 34, more plausible, and twins are generally born a few weeks before the usual 40. Other than that little thing great work, I would appreciate less commentary and large space for 'dramatic' effect, it just makes your writing seem a little immature. Not saying your writing is bad by any means just that by reducing that small thing it will be more effective! Good work keep it up!
