I loved this. I love how different Harley is in this from other things I've read/seen and how you've taken the characters and made them your own. I'll definatly be reading Monarchs. Thanks for sharing!

I don't know why this story doesn't have more reviews and favorites. It's AMAZING. Your writing is truly descriptive and beautiful. The story is interesting and catching as it flows from fluff and filler to plot and drama. I absolutely adore it. A little gruesome at times, but if anyone excepts different from Harley and Joker then they don't know anything about the characters.

Sorry it's been so long since I last reviewed. I wanted to continue reviewing every two chapters, but I didn't know how long the second one would have taken.

I will say, these last two chapters have really grown Jerome's character more. We start to see him gain traction in the Gotham underworld, and continue to dominate Harley in every way he can. The power struggle between him and Ivy might come to a head soon, if things start to get too tense between them. And those last lines of Chapter 30... is there something going on in Harley's head? Is she thinking about what she has possibly become? There's a lot of questions that come with the last line, and I hope we get some answers for them soon.

I would also like to add that I've missed reading your exceptional imagery. Every line adds a new depth to the story and it makes the story beautiful, in a haunting sort of way.

It's nice to see Jerome back in action again. I don't really mind the violence much, I'm kind of used to it after reading and writing many Joker stories. Nevertheless, the last two were thrilling and I loved them.

I am in love with the way you write Jerome. holy crap. the dialogue so good. almost identical to the show and the way he acts and what he says. this is a wonderful read and i love your version of harley too! starting to wish i had my account on here still so i could favorite it but ah well, still love this sm

Yay! It's great to see Harley and Jerome interacting again!

And the imagery! It's so perfect, especially the in the scenes between Jerome and Harley. It's powerful and I can't get enough of it. Not to mention last chapter's scene between Jerome and Bruce. These past two chapters have been charged with emotion, and I love it!
