Now based on what I’ve read from this fanfic I believe that the settlement defense front is owned by DEM and the one in control of the add is Isaac westcott who thirty years ago managed to form the sdf and has been their secret leader ever since. Like wouldn’t it be great if Salem kitchen is taking orders from Westcott.
