I swear, some writers have the opposite of a tendency to write Mary Sue characters. Rather than writing an overpowered character, they have this tendency to make sure their characters aren't even that strong. Like they try too hard to make their character 'realistic'.

It's One Piece, there's no reason to think Luffy will be too strong. As long as she isn't just suddenly mastering haki or winning serious fights like there's nothing to them, it's fine. Like even with the tiger. There was a sense of danger and unexpectedness, so even if her attack was what finished off the tiger, it would have been fine. Because it wouldn't have seemed 'unearned'.

As long as her victories and her strength feels earned, it really doesn't matter how strong she is or how unrealistic it is. Yeah, there are some limits. Like one-shotting Mihawk as a toddler in a deathmatch would be impossible to write as 'earned'. But a 5 year old taking down an adult bandit? Done right, it could be just fine.

Idk. This is probably a dead story, but I just wanted to get that out there. A Mary Sue only exists when victories and achievements aren't unearned. When they don't have conflict. And a strong and admirable character isn't necessarily a Mary Sue.

Devil fruit? she was a doctor in her previous life you couldve ripped the ope ope no mi away from law technically. Also smarts is great and all but ano sa ano sa there's actually only so much "intelligent" fighting carries over in one piece after a certain point. Gotta have POWAH. cuz unlike ruto where even a genin can kill a kage that just doesn't happen in one piece. Besides being a Rubberman while luffy uses it in a berserker-esk style doesn't mean the fighting style can't change to match a more intelligent one :v

Poco a poco luffy va aprendiendo más y más de su poder.
Tanto de la parte teórica como la práctica.
Las dos van de la mano.
Falta mucho por aprender, pero parece un poder muy versátil.
Era inevitable el encuentro con los dragones celestiales.
Lo mejor es no llamar la atención,aunque garp sea marine y su abuelo, no creo que pueda hacer mucho si uno de los dragones se interesa en ella.
Espero que no pase eso y salgan de ahi lo más pronto posible.
Y ahora esta el tema de la esclava que salvaron.
Quien es y que pasara con ella?

Si que la tubo difícil luffy.
La enfermedad que tubo fue muy grave, pero por suerte se salvo.
La situación del mar fue rara.
Aun no me explico que pudo haber pasado para queso suceda.
Pero fue algo bueno, por así decirlo.
Puedo descubrir su poder.
Que parece difícil de comprender, pero creo que una vez que lo entienda será de gran ayuda.
Ahora estan en sabaody.
Cómo llegaron ahí tan rápido?
Supongo que ser marine tiene sus ventajas

Es una persona espectacular.
Es lo mejro que le pudo haber pasado a luffy.
Tener a una persona así en su vida que se preocupe y ame como lo hace es inigualable.
Sin lugar a dudas loguetown es el mejor destino como primera isla para luffy.
Y si que fue una buena decisión parar ahí.
Pudo descubrir que hay personas como ella.
Aunque no pudo obtener mucha información, no es solo un caso aislado.
Veremos si más adelante puede saber más sobre ese asunto.
Luego esta emilia y su relago, que resulta ser una fruta del diablo.
Ya no abra gomu gomu no mi.
Que poderes otorgará esta nueva fruta?

Otro gran capítulo.
La reunión con ace y sabo salio bien.
Aun no confían en ella, pero siempre se empieza por algo.
Ya tendrán tiempo para mejorar su relación.
Ahora luffy podrá salir de la isla con garp.
Que aventuras le esperaran?

Ya pasaron varios meses de los acontecimientos anteriores.
Luffy ya cumplio 3 años.
El reencuentro con mamoru fue lindo.
Ha crecido, y se nota que no ha perdido el tiempo con sus peleas con otros animales.
Veremos como resulta su reencuentro con ace, y posiblemente sabo.
