I love their banter. I love Han in uniform for her. I love Han at the function. Love. Them.

I LOVE the whole thing about the messages...her wondering why he even bothered to hide them, him not wanting anyone to read what he wrote only for her. Nice.

"Damn, that's depressing."
I LOVE THAT EXCHANGE!

I love the description of him pulling people into his orbit, and of Leia thinking everyone was as ensnared as she was...only to find, eventually, that, no, his magnetism and gravitational pull were AIMED only at her. I really loved that whole passage.

I love the, "You all right there, Organa?" and I LOVE him jumping ahead and allaying her fears that he would find being with her-and all the pomp and circumstance that includes-just too onerous to stay. Really nice.

I love Love LOVE this.

I love her pointing out what it will mean if he formally escorts her to a function, asks if he's ready for that deluge. I love the careful warning and obtaining of fully-informed consent.

I love him hating the uniform, wearing it for her, and being pleased that at least she finds it sexy.

I LOVE them being tempted to have one another RIGHT THERE against that column...and agreeing that it would be more comfortable (and less likely to attract an audience) to go home...and...oh...them agreeing they couldn't be quiet enough. mMmm.

The conversation about her height, her heels, her neck from all that kissing of that tall General... SO LOVELY. And such HOT sex...and her asking him to leave his fingers for her! Ha! This is really ...mmmm. I've read it several times now. SO good.

I love her TELLING him to message her in two days...and him wanting so much to trade those messages with her.

Great start to a post ROTJ story!

This was like, the best chapter! Like, um... the best! It was perfect. It would be super embarrassing to go through everything I liked since so much of it is M rated, but *this* is why I ship Han and Leia! Because they're like, in love. And they have great sex! LOL! Thank goodness for writers like you who give us detailed insights into that... I love the that you give us the smut with all the extras but it's never just the WP in PWP, there's always a purpose, and the subtext of Han trying to assuage Leia's residual insecurity about his commitment to her and the lengths he goes to in attempting to do that are what make this just a cut above descriptions of our OTP just getting it on. Like I said, perfect! I seriously do want more though! This time in their relationship is just so much fun. So much passion and euphoria over bringing their feelings into the open, but it's also just so new for them, and at times awkward, as their selves before and after, not only between each other in the relationship, but during and post-war are surrounded by so much change. Lovely how you captured it and I could keep reading forever!

Please tell me you'll do a sequel with all the exchange messages:) :) :)
