Being forced against your will is rape and then he thinks she wants to leave her children with people who are as horrid as the Malfoys to live in that world never knowing there true mother was just a girl raped by their father and he isn't even the father. Narcissa and Lucius are monsters and are deatheaters who bore and raised another deatheater and that's not a future that Hermione wants for her children I am sure.

I would seriously refrain from comparing myself to Margaret Atwood, who has no peers and is, in my opinion, the best novelist in the world. But then again, I'm sure it was just awkward phrasing and not your intention. As for this chapter, I really would have liked some more exposition - even a single paragraph to explain what the eff has happened to the Wizarding World. It would be better than no explanation at all. This idea for a crossover is original and could make for a very interesting story. :-)
