There a quite a few of this type of fic around, but yours is by far the best - very realistic and really heart-wrenching. And it also mirrors what I felt when I was approaching the end of the game - that it was all so unfair.

Uhhhhggggh. You almost got me going again. My pacing of the game was over 100 hrs in the 1st 7 chapters. . . . Then 3 hoursish on chapter 8 and after that, 2 MAYBE 3 from summoning Leviathan till the end of the game without stopping. I was NOT ready for all that emotion and feels. I was left a sobbing wreck and didn't touch the game for WEEKS!

And your fic damn near brought all that devistation back. Uuuuuuuggggghhhh why?! Seriously though. Loved it. Really caught the feel of all the characters. Which makes it all the more depressing.

Excuse me as I go grab a box of tissues.

I am proud to admit that by the end of the game, I was crying a lot. Then things took a turn for the worse. After finishing and saving the game, my TV, which is nearly 5 years old, broke apart T_T
