Well, I won't believe Jack is dead. How about Sans and Jack (being the only survivors of the crash) end up sticking together? They enter the lighthouse, take the bathysphere to Rapture, listen to Atlas, and arrive to the Electro Bolt Plasmid Room, distribute the plasmid for both of them. Big Daddy comes with Little Sister, who is Frisk. Sans and Jack, being disorientated still, don't get to save Frisk. They go through the whole Medical Pavilion. SPOILER ALERT! They find the Big Daddy who protected Frisk, who was that dead one you find near the broken window. They enter the room where you meet Tenenbaum for the first time, with the splicer attacking the Little Sister before getting shot by her.
Sans will try to approach Frisk, but she will try to run. Tenenbaum will give Jack the "Save Little Sister" plasmid, and Sans will watch while Jack Rescues Frisk. Cue the whole game to SPOILER ALERT! entering Fontaine's Lair. Sans, Frisk, and Jack fight all of Fontaine's forms. The Rescued Little Sisters that Jack ends up adopting kill Fontaine, while Sans treats Frisk's wounds. GOOD ENDING of the game where Frisk ends up living with Toriel.

Note and question for you; could you put the story title for each chapter, that way we can read them back to back, and not have to worry about losing track of where either of them are at?

but then having sans instead of jack raises the question of how he even got the bathysphere to work in the first place, especially when you consider that ryan put them on lockdown and the only way to bypass said lockdown would be to have a genetic structure similar enough to his to trick it, which only jack did

...then again i'm the one that looked up undertale and bioshock crossovers so i probably deserve this confusion
