Alright, so I just read through Therapy and this little treasure here in a row, and let me tell you this:

I'm really really mad at right now because I went through a hell of a lot of trouble with a long review, then wanted to make sure that the word "portrayal" really existed (according to Linguee it does, if you've always wanted to know that), and when I opened the page again, everything was gone. Never mind. Instead of hurling my cell phone through my room, I'll try to reconstruct it. Long live my short-term memory. After a brutally long day. Never mind.

Can you fall in love with written work? Can you fall in love with it after a few pages with your heart and soul? Can you forget the outside world because the depth of the story carries you off into other worlds? Yes. I can't explain my emotional chaos any other way.

In one moment you learn peacefully for tomorrow's math exam (rest in peace, good grade), you really only go to your mobile phone for a very, very short time, you may slip your finger over the page - and tada, you're tied up in front of your mobile phone screen. I don't think I've ever been fascinated by a work as fast as yours. You've had me with the first sentence:

"I couldn't stay in Gotham, not after everything that happened there.[...]«

I am aware of the fact that as an author you probably know your own work better than I do, but I just felt the need to quote it here now.

What an infinite beauty there is in that simple sentence. I, who am plagued by an unhealthy obsession with sudden throwbacks, am even more susceptible to such sentences than any other person, but I don't think I know anyone who wouldn't melt away somehow.

I don't know why and how, but somehow you evoke this strange sense of security by describing the two in their unusual relationship. And oh, don't get me started. The Joker. I have to express my greatest admiration to you. Never before, and I mean it as honestly as I say it, have I seen such an accurate portrayal of the Joker. There are probably more people (including myself) who have failed to capture it in all its strange ways than there are actually Joker-inspired stories. He always lacks that certain something that makes him what he is; he lacks that certain touch that can only be achieved with the finest nuances of words. And you, and that's really not something I'd say so easily, you're the first one who really put it on paper. Him. You did it. It probably didn't even seem like a very big challenge to you, but let it be said to you; it's close to impossible if you're not gifted with the natural gift of writing.

The Chemical Wedding also left me speechless. Oh, I have to quote again. At some point, I started collecting quotes at my door. Quotes from all the books; Harry Potter, Game of Thrones; give me the most famous quotes and they hang there.

"His expression gives away nothing, except that hungry look has not left his face. This time it does not feel like the predator eyeing its prey- it feels like craving, like I'm the only thing in this world he can see."

With your permission, I would be happy to add this. It has truly left me without any possibility of thinking of anything else. I sat there maybe two minutes positively irritated and thought about life.

I would like to express my admiration even further and above all at a more linguistically adequate level (in my defense; by now I've been writing this for an hour) by raving about your writing style (I have never, really NEVER ever seen such a beautiful third person. No joke.), or your talent to weave brilliant texts from words and sentences as if it were child's play.

But the life of a German student is hard and my eyes are already closing.

Finally, I would like to say that I thank you for your masterpiece. It has given me so much; partly new perspectives, new perspectives, new opinions, but also joy (I must admit a few tears towards the end) and a general feeling of fulfilling perfection.

Thank you, honestly.

Your writing is amazing! Sorry I didn’t leave reviews for earlier chapters, but the struggle inside Harley is so real. Would you consider to continue this story? Another sequel? Please?

It’s over... it done... I feel that emptiness of not knowing what to do... I’ll just reread them! Again. Honestly I love what you did with them! I loved Harley and Joker’s portrayal and loved Frost and nightwing! You did good! I’ll miss your take on these characters and can only hope you may do something else with them but it’s your story and you may do as you please. I just gotta let you know that I loved it sooo very much! I don’t want it to end but all good thing must, right? I’m just grateful you didn’t leave them unfinished. Anyway, loved it and wish you the best, truly, I am happy that this exist. Thank You.

Please update soon have reread both stories 4 times and really want to find out about these characters ends. Please at least write a short end to the story if you don’t want to carry on with it. I am desperate to find out what happens in my favourite fanfic of all time
