You demonstrated many times that you who have the narrative force of building something big in your multi chaptered stories whose plot line evolves in time, developed organically, but the fact that you managed to do it in an one shot too, this really is a performance.

The paradox is... in such a condensed way you still had the time to tell us not only the story itself, which is a slice of their lives, but also to suggest that your characters are not some artificial individuals, suspended in the moment, but they have a history, they come from somewhere and mainly they go somewhere. Together. :) By the way, what a beautiful ending!

I loved this so much! I stopped watching the show after season 3 so I was away from all things Delena for a while. When I saw the tweet for the exchange I realized how much I missed these two. That ending! Such a cute question to end such a fluffy O/S. You really captured the depth of Elena's sadness in the beginning and although I thought her mother was harsh, I understand her side. The little pieces of the movie and the necklace made this feel 'real', since you gave the characters depth and their own little quirks. And having that miracle come true was just the icing on the cake.
