So now the mystery of Milah is, at this point, something no one can answer yet. Apparently she came back from the dead, but no one's quite sure how THAT happened. And it's nice that Killian is still certain that he still wants to be with Emma, based on that kiss. But I can't help but wonder exactly how Milah's going to react to life in Storybrooke, as well as the prospect of coming face-to-face with her murderer at some point (how is Rumple going to react to her return, anyway?). This is an interesting second chapter; good job!

OM! Milah's back again! I've read several stories about this sort of thing happening, and I'm curious to see how you'll go about it. Because there are some Captain Swanners who, for some reason I've never been able to completely comprehend, really hate her and portray her as a really bad, selfish person who doesn't care if she has to force Killian to love her. Then there are others who write Milah as a more understanding and respectable character, who ends up accepting Emma and Killian's relationship. I'm going to guess that Killian's going to have a lot of conflict about who he should choose, similar to the Robin-Regina-Marian/Zelena fiasco, but of course Killian never married Milah or had a kid with her, so he wouldn't feel quite as obligated as Robin to choose her solely because it's the "honorable" thing to do. On the other hand, it was obvious that Killian really did love Milah in the show, and it's doubtful that he ever stopped loving her, even when he got together with Emma, because you never really stop loving people who are gone in your life, even if you've moved on. And Milah will probably want to be with Killian, so there are possibilities of cat fights between her and Emma about him. And Killian's about to propose to Emma, too! I'm guessing that Milah's arrival will unfortunately set his proposal back until this whole mess gets straightened out, which will be interesting to see.
On the side note, I'm wondering how you're going to go about the fact that Milah's basically back from the dead, although I have read stories where she time-traveled to the future for this or that reason, so I suppose that could be a reason. I guess I'll find out when you next update.
Also, how is everybody else going to react to Milah being there? My guess is mixed feelings because everyone seemed to like her son Neal just fine before he died, and she basically gave him up to be with Hook (or maybe adventure). On the other hand, she was Rumplestiltskin's ex-wife, who nobody likes at this point, and he killed her, so maybe there'll be sympathy too (because Rumple probably killed a lot of people in the EF who didn't deserve it or had families left to pick up the pieces, so there might be people in town who were subject to that kind of treatment). There are just so many possibilities that can come from this kind of story; I'm interested to see where it'll go.
