Yay!

I love how this is a kinda subverted use of the post-canon trope: Inuyasha's willing to finally have sex with her (and confess his feelings, obviously), but not so willing to settle down and marry her, for fear of backlash. Most post-canon fics go the usual route: reunited, married, and then have sex, so this is a nice change (though honestly, I'm a slut for ALL post-canon happy endings for my OTP). Beautifully written, with great smut at the end! :)

I LOVE this fic. So much. It's one of the most perfectly InuKag moments I've ever read. Inuyasha's sheer stubborn will to protect Kagome is perfect; Kagome's insistence that he not settle for less than the happiness he deserves is perfect; the sweet sense of intimacy between them is perfect. Basically this fic is perfect. (Also, I will always laugh at the line, "all loved-up and agreeable.")

I read this on tumblr, but HAD to give you a review on here to tell you just how crazy I am for this lemony oneshot.

I absolutely love everything about this. Post canon Inu/Kag is my favourite of all time to read and reading this is the equivalent of getting blocks of gold for christmas. This is everything and more and your smut scenes are actually to die for. I don't know how you write the OTP so well, but, oh my god, never stop.

What I wouldn't give for you to write more post-canon romance. Or even just that first time scene. Please consider writing more post canon romance?
