If you need to consider publishing your wonderful story, might I recommend CKP publishing for your publisher? That would be Chris Kennedy of the 4 Horsemen series of books. I think they would be interested in this. I hope you have more stories like this in the planned future.

For the most part I’m really enjoying this and so excited to read more but in one of your paragraphs you mentioned the redundancy of duplicating studies and I just wanna make sure everyone knows that duplicating studies is really important to make sure misinformation does not spread. It’s like fact checking someone’s work. Often we read about studies that get a lot of media attention but when others try to replicate their work they can’t seem to get the same results and that means that the conclusion drawn by the study may be false. Unfortunately often people have already accepted those conclusions as fact and misinformation is spread. That’s why it is so important for us to duplicate studies and it is great when they come with the same results, not redundant or a waist of time. Duplicating studies is extremely important and we need to pay a lot more attention to them.

Wonderful story

This story was excellent. I loved the characterization, the slow, yet well paced build, the perfect balance of hurt/comfort. I can’t say I was even that interested in reading a fic about Spock’s parents, but this was so exquisitely written, I think I have to find more. Thank you for writing.
