Well, first off, I'm happy to see that this story's still going, and you plan to finish it! It's been a great retelling of XV and I've been eager to see how things end.

There's always been something kind of refreshing and comforting reading the fluff between Gladio and Crowe. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the two have gone to hell and back and have something to look forward to (and reason to be more cautious) with a little Gladio (or Crowe) on the way. Oh, and it's always entertaining reading Gladio flirting with manhandling Ravus, who seems to have gotten himself mixed up in some solo adventuring...again.

I can kind of see where Noctis is coming from, though Ignis does raise a few good points. Things can never go back to normal for them, but it's clear Noctis is trying to keep his spirits up while being respectful of what he's going through. Honestly, the whole talk just symbolized how far they've gone from four good friends to now adults having to deal with a war, relationships, and physical and mental trauma which they're all trying to overcome in their own ways.

Oddly enough, the smutty bit between Noctis and Luna was the most light-hearted aspect about this chapter, as well as the most uplifting part. I mean, it definitely shows that Luna isn't blind to the fact a good number of her female friends are carrying the offspring of their boyfriends...and considering the stress they're under, a little relief can be an order. Not to mention I like the fact she's trying to look towards a future where they're all hopefully alive and able to watch their children grow up together.

Lastly, on the subject of children...Verstael has further earned his mad scientist credentials. I can't quite say I'm surprised that he had implants in all of his clones; in fact, I'd almost say it'd be a common sense thing to do since the clones he's created could likely rebel against him. He's certainly taken steps to nip that in the butt. Honestly though, I feel more sorry for Prompto than Otto because, well, it just still seems like the poor guy's life keeps on getting worse. He's now set on a collision course with Ravus (blighted no less) with his life and his "little brothers" hanging in the balance. I'm honestly terrified about how things are going to turn out, though I'm seriously hoping he makes it out of this and reunites with everyone else, especially Cindy.

Not much to say except i hope you update sooner. I've been here for awhile and in it to the end. Even if I don't always review I will be reading. Very interested in prompto's reaction that cindy's pregnant.

Finally! I finally caught up to the current updates. I started reading this story probably last September or something and I'm so glad to have kept reading it. I hope you are doing well and thank you for the awesome story.

I feel like this chapter things started to look up, somewhat. The couples are coming back together (really crossing my fingers for Prompto and Cindy) and you can see that some members of the cast have grown (kudos to Luna, now that's encouraging your man!).

Then there's Ravus, who for all intents and purposes looks like he's about to do something stupidly brave, again. Iris really is saddled with quite a pair of guys to look after, isn't she? On the other hand, I really hoping this new lead he's chasing could put him on the path to finding Prompto, though something tells me it'll also play a part in this final showdown. On the subject of the final showdown, I am curious. If not Insomnia (which thematically fit the characters and conflict) then where else? Does that mean that Ardyn won't be able to summon up the Kings of Yore to act as warm-up bosses and piss of Noctis by making him fight his ancestors? Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing how this adventure reaches its final stage!

also I'm looking forward to more from ravus and prompto, I have a feeling they will meet since there both chasing the same leads.

3 years huh? feels like yesterday I found and binged like 10 to 15 chapters to catch up and have been reading since. Hope everything stays stable for you, well, as stable as life can be.

As I thought the revelation that Prompto is alive kicked Noctis out of his self deprecating over working pity party, sent the parties morale skyrocketing, and sounded the call to arms.

Enjoyed the fic so far but heavily disagree with the scene with Luna commanding noctis around. Her side of the argument was completely biased due to being related to Ravus. Noctis shouldn’t have felt guilt for what he did either, if Ravus doesn’t want to get his ass lit up then don’t make him a damn jackass who taunts everyone around him. They all had a reason to be furious. But Luna shaming noctis was a complete bitch move on her part. Can’t help but kinda hate her now

This has been an epic read and probably the longest binge I've done in a while, but wow, just wow, there are simply no words to describe just how fantastic a read this has been. Its highs and lows, triumphs and tragedy's, its been one hell of a roller coaster ride but I've enjoyed every minute even if I've been in tears or cursing up a storm at the angst. Having reached the end of the currently posted chapters I can only eagerly anticipate more, (particularly everyone's reactions to Prompto being "alright") and be a little thankful that I was able to read straight through the biggest cliffhanger on whether Luna would live or not.

All that being said though I can safely say without a doubt in my mind that this story ranks among the best I have ever read on this site, and considering how much I read it is truly a complement of the highest order, and one I do not give lightly. So until next time, fantastic story, keep up the awesome work, and I hope you update soon.

I'd say this chapter...might have...complicated things a bit. Can't say I'm surprised given all of the intercourse everyone's been having...and the pressure they've been under (nothing like doomsday to get the sex drive going!). That said, I'm happy for Prompto and Cindy! One of my favorite FFXV couples is having a baby and giving Gladio's little Shield a playmate! Except the two of them are separated and no one has any idea where Prompto is or what kind of hell the poor guy's going through. Speaking of which, it seems EVERYONE'S getting dragged through the ringer, huh? It's all interesting to read, but it's also getting a bit somber since it's feeling like hardly anyone's making any progress. I'm hoping next chapter things start looking up for just about anyone.

Damn, didn't see that coming. I feel bad for cindy, but she has always put on a strong front even in canon. Ravus is back to doing what he should, being a loner and getting things done, even if he doesn't want to.
