Ah, seriously? That sucks. I live in America so it's kind of hard for me to imagine a world in which what sites you can even go on are censored and controlled. :/ And even so, can't imagine why fan fiction would be something they would want to ban, but I'm not all that informed about the subject so I'll leave my comments at that.
