This story is great! I love it a lot and can't wait for the next update. I love how perfectly you made Blade fit into the original relationship Groot and Rocket have in the movie, seriously. Also I'm glad she can also understand Groot because I've always wondered what he was saying. P.S My little brother named his pet fish Groot.

I'm enjoying this quite a bit so far! However, I am curious about bout a few things relating to the anatomy and structure of Bade... I may have missed something somewhere, but is Blade approximately the same scale as a real timber wolf? I ask this because a normal timber wolf is 2-3 feet tall at the shoulder, and 4.5-6.5 feet long, so when you take into account that she is standing on her hind legs, she is rather tall (since females of a species are typically smaller, I'd say shes probably about 5'7" or so standing up).
I would also assume that her legs still bend in a digitigrade fashion as they would for a normal canine (so she walks on her toes) since Rocket has plantigrade feet as a regular raccoon would (flat foot on the ground, like a human) which gives his legs the appearance of bending the same way human legs do. Also, how does she hold her machete? Raccoons have very dexterous paws to allow them to scavenge and get to things easier, so its sensible that he would be able to handle guns and work with machinery given his increased mental capacities, but the paws of a wolf are not made to be able to grasp items in the same way. I'm positive that this come off as super nit picky, but these are the kinds of things I think about when I read something, and I'd like to know how Blade functions with her form.
