Man, this is awesome! This is three times as elaborate as other sponsor systems! You can even buy poisoned darts! I already know that I'm going to be buying a lot (not just for my own tributes).
But when you say 20 points for submitting a tribute, 30 points for a female, 40 points for a male, when do you get the 20 points? For genderless tributes?

Oh yay, the story has officially started! I can't wait to see my characters and meet their competition.
As for the chapter: the writing was good: it was a good between dialogue, description and exposition. I felt like it didn't contain that much information, but for a prologue chapter, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
A Forest arena, aye? I think district Seven might have an advantage :)
