An wonderful and lovely fanfic for an underappreciated and lovely ship

This is a great story. I love that Kyuubee is intrigued by the intricacies of women’s clothing, despite not having an interest in wearing any, and the way Otae humors and encourages that interest. I love the way you write Kyuubee in general – so serious, but also funny and interesting. There’s a reason Kyuubee is one of my favorite characters, and you’ve got that personality down solid. Otae is lovely too. i love how this feels like an ordinary piece of their life, except that it’s not ordinary, because it’s the two of them and beautiful.
I also love noticing that you never used any pronouns for Kyuubee, and that i didn’t even notice at first. I’ll sometimes write without using pronouns for a particular character, so i know how tricky it can be. I’ll often worry about how natural my sentence structure feels when i do, so i want to tell you how great a job you did. In fact, i’d say it was done masterfully, with no flaws. It seems totally natural, and again, i wouldn’t have even noticed if i weren’t sensitive to that sort of thing. I love avoidance of pronouns much more than accidental-or-intentional misgendering of characters.
