I love how this story is going. You captured the relationship between Arthur and Merlin very well. To answer your question, if you think you can put all three stories into one and make it all make sense, you should do that. Why? I think people prefer long stories instead of a series of sequels. Unless the sequels are going to be made in a very different tone or rating. Or, if each sequel is going to be a long story. I'd count it as long if it's over 50k words.

This is a really interesting story, and all the characters are written well. I can't wait to read more :)

And you are so good at writing the everyday aspects of Camelot, which I REALLY LOVE, that you are lulling me into a sense of security, when I know things are going to HAPPEN! That's sneaky you know. Very sneaky.

As for the three fics, I say that it's your writing. It's entirely your prerogative for things to change as you go. If you have three stories, make it three stories. If people started reading because you said a reveal and whump, and they stop reading just because you change that in the summary, then they have not been reading your work correctly anyway, because this is GOOD stuff, and it should draw readers in even without whump or a reveal.

So, you should do whatever YOU want to do most, as the author. Just let me know, so I can make sure and read all three. :D

I have mixed feelings about this. I really kinda wish Merlin didn't have to tell Arthur about Mabel. It seems so hypocritical for him to feel honor-bound to inform Arthur, when he himself is living in secret and lying. But, I also understand why he did it. *sighs* Poor Merlin - so complicated.

Loved Arthur's concern for Merlin, even if it was buried under annoyance.

Now, what is Merek up to while this is happening? Oh, and can someone please get Gaius some new glasses? LOL

Loved Gwaine's little trick on Mordred. And oh, Mordred. If ever there was a subject I was conflicted on. I just wish Merlin would have gone with his moral instincts instead of blindly believing that destiny ruled all - then perhaps Mordred would have been saved and Arthur wouldn't have had to die.

Love the bickering and banter, and Merlin's annoyance with Arthur. Great stuff! Can't wait to read on!

I figured it was about time to come and return the favor for all the wonderful reviews you have left me. And dang it if you haven't gone and got me very worried in just the first chapter! Please don't let Arthur finding out about Merlin ruin their friendship! Please let Arthur be able to see beyond betrayal and remember friendship!

You need to drop the clumsiness from your writing of Merlin; that was written out early on in the show as it added nothing to the story and it doesn't add anything here but causing readers to sigh in annoyance at yet another author using Merlin's supposed 'clumsiness' for an 'amusing or funny' scene.

A busy day indeed. It makes you wonder, even without the magic, why Merlin is still a servant in the first place. What with his writing, and helping giaus out. But what are ya gonna do. Nice job showing some of those other talents though. lll be awaiting the next chapter!
