Hello, I hope you are still writing this story.
I just wanted to comment on the pairings.
I tall depends on how much you want this story to follow canon...and on how much power you wish to give Eragana.

If you want to stick close to cannon, then you will have to go with the rebellion...which means that both Rickard and Brandon will be killed. This would make a Eragana/Brandon paring difficult. In this case a Eragana/Ned pairing is still possible...but that would also mean Ned not marrying Cathlyn.
This obviously would also change canon as there might then be no alliance with the Vale...and the Stark children we know would never be born. That means no Rob, Sansa, Arya or Bran...changing the story completely. (Though I guess if Eragana and Ned where to have children, then us seeing a little girl named Arya would be VERY possible. Seeing as one of Eragana's best friends was called Arya..and as such I could be a girl named after the Elf)
There might still be a Jon, depending on what happens with Lyanna.
There is also even a possibility of there being a Rob...if Ned had a relationship with Cat before changing to Eragana...but something tells me Eraganna or Ned for that matter would ever agree to a marriage if that were the case.

If you decide to have Brandon survive on the other hand, the Vale would demand that he honour the marriage/betrothal to the Tullys. IF Brandon decides not to honour this then the Tullys will be very angry and maybe not join them in the rebellion or even fight against them. Of course, depending on when the Dragons join the battle this won't really matter.
In fact, in this situation I would not be surprised if old Hoster Tully would cut his loses and agree to marrying Cat to Ned instead just to stay on the Starks good side.
Of course the same might also be the case if Brandon dies and Ned marries Eragana. In this case marrying cat to Benjen would also be possible.

Also, IF you go with a Brandon pairing, it is also important to remember that it will be Brandon you would be Lord Stark and not Ned after the war.
Unless of course you make Brandon King of Westeros in which case Ned would still be the Warden of the north while Brandon would rule from Kings Landing. IF however Robert still becomes king, then Brandon would be the Warden instead.

The way I see it, the only way to stick as close to canon as possible...IF you decide to go that path, is to pair Eragana with Benjen, kill Brandon and Rickard and have Ned marry Cathlyn. Thereby keeping the story as close to Canon as possible.
However, I honestly can't see this happening and I think it's also highly unlikely that Eragana or her men would willingly bend their knees to Robert...or a Targaryen for that matter.
The only alternative would be for the north to get independence... which would be possible seeing as the north has dragons.

Finally, IF we have a NED/Eragana pairing, IF Ned decides to stay a vassal under Robert and Eraganna agrees to bend the knee alongside her husband, there is also the possibility of getting the same deal Dorne had with the Targaryens...
Prince Eddard Stark sounds nice. Of course...this would mean having a member of house Stark marry into the new Royal family, thereby becoming a part of the new royal family.
The only way this can happen is if Lyanna marries Robert...or Benjen marries an unknown Barratheon lady. Possible in the case of Benjen...but unlikely. As for Lyanna...well...it depends on what type of relationship she had with Rheager and Robert.

Either way...and this is VERY important; you would need something to appease the northern lords when you tell them that, even though we have dragons, we will continue to bend the knee to another southern king. They will NOT be happy.

Could be good with either Ned or Brandon pairing as long as Brandon is not a complete man whore. Very interesting story!

This is very interesting story! I really enjoyed every bit of it, and I hope you update soon. Also please don't abandon this story cus i really want to see what's going to happen next. I would prefer that Eragana is with Rhaegar, cus there are not so many stories about Rhaegar especially crossover like this. Plus, it will be nice to see the idea what's going to happen if Eragana have to choose between Rhaegar or the North. Hell even love triangle between her with Rhaegar & Brandon makes it more interesting. But that's my opinion so no pressure

This has a great deal of promise. I wasn't expecting the story to take place pre-rebellion, but it's interesting nonetheless. I look forward to more.

The biggest problem with this fic is the info dumps. Your wall of text explaining Westeros to Earagana was completely unnecessary.

The plot, what we've seen of it so far, is interesting. I am a bit concerned that you felt the need to make Eragon a female. It feels like you are doing it for the pairing. However, Eragana's interaction with Lyanna is only possible because they are both female so I may be wrong.

I would suggest getting a beta to help you revise these first few chapters and write future chapters.
