Lot of wrong words. I suspect maybe typos which a spell checker "fixed" with choosing to swap in wrong the wrong word.

FYI if you want to consider using. Unlike most countries, France has a "good Samaritan" law. In U.S., walking past someone dying or being attacked, no problem ...legally. Not in France, you commit a crime, not giving aid.
Now if Brits and other tourists from countries with no such law. Your do nothing onlookers can remain much the same. Ignorant of the law.
Buy Mr. Delacour's observation and thoughts would be different.

Huh, did Harry kill someone? Well, that is certainly interesting if that is the case.

I am really glad to see you coming back to this story, although I wouldn't mind you coming back to your other story too ( the vibes from Fantastic Beast were absolutely amazing ). As usual, it is so good to see Harry finally evolving in a loving environment, despite the darkness in him. What makes me so happy is that so far you are avoiding all the bad cliches from so many fanfictions these days, such as Dumbledore being evil for no other reason than the author hating his guts, thus making that aspect of the story absolutely hilarious and ridiculous in so many ways. Here, Dumbledore is genuinely trying his best to find Harry in order to atone for his past actions, and that makes Dumbledore that much more interesting to read about and it gives more complexity to his character too.

Another cliche that you are avoiding is Harry still being a good person, shy, reserved and kind, despite having to live a living hell at the hand of the Dursleys. I think that is exactly what JK Rowling was trying to do with Harry, by showing that , yes, he was living a hard life with the Dursleys and his celebrity, but he never gave up, he never let his fame get to his head, he stayed true to himself by being kind, generous and compassionate to his friends and even people he didn't know at all, even though the world tried to take every occasion it could get to put him down. That shows a great strength of character, despite people thinking it is a weakness and that he should become evil, which would have been a failure for him and for his parents who sacrified themselves so that he could live. That is the big reason why I never liked any stories where Harry is dark or evil, because I think it is not at all how Harry should be and the morals he represents.

All in all, there might just be the concept of "magical core" that " bothered" me a little in this chapter, mainly because it is non canon, and more of a video game thing than anything else, and I don't know, I have always seen magic much like the Force in Star Wars, a mystical energy flowing through all living and inanimated things in the world, with some people having better affinity to it than others. For me, it makes things so much more mysterious and captivating, while having a magical core is a little two-dimensional, much like the explanations with the midi-chlorians giving an individual their ability with the Force ( sorry it was the only example I thought of ).

I am also hoping that Harry won't become a Lord, or some other cliche like that, as it tends to render the story too political, thus removing the magic part of the Harry Potter universe. It also transforms the story into something you could see in Game of Thrones, but certainly not in Harry Potter, with children talking as if they were 30 years old, and Harry instantly becoming all powerful, insufferable, condescendant and even worse than Malfoy. I am not even sure it is canon too, as I don't remember ever reading Lucius being called a Lord or things like that. That is why I like this story and your previous one so much, because you managed to keep that magical part and you stayed true to Harry's character and moral.

I am very much looking forward to Harry's reunion with Fleur's family, although he has been living with Fleur's grandmother, and of course the start of the romance between Harry and Fleur ( I love so much this pairing ). Keep up the great work !

...well I'm looking forward to Hagrid causing all kinds of trouble.
