I LOVE this. I spend a lot of time imagining future-verse with Kanan and Ezra. Where they might be by then, what they'll be like, what they and their relationship might be like. This was a good one, a lot said in a short and simple one-shot. Well done.

That moment when your former-fictional soulmate was too old for you anyway and is getting older by the episode ...AAAUUGGGHHH!

The only real criticism I really have about this piece of writing is that Sato isn't an immature teenage boy, it seemed out-of-character for him. You captured Ezra's personality perfectly to a T. I can completely see him apologizing for "growing up" and trying talk while Kanan squishes his mouth. It was nice to see some of the aggravation that Kanan used to display in the first season. I miss Kanan losing his temper with Ezra, Chopper, or Zeb or all three of them at once. I really enjoyed reading this and I hope you write more. It took me a minute to figure out that you where talking about The Empire Strikes Back.
