I decided to check out the original after having so much fun with the rewrite and I'm glad I did, I really enjoyed this much darker take on the same premise. Although I find it kind of telling that you got through 6 chapters before dropping both stories, I can only hope you've not been ax murdered and are going to get back to one of them eventually.

A shame it stopped here, seemed like an interesting start to an independent Taylor story.

I feel like this story would have been a lot better as just a Taylor alt-power. Having Konan's memories added into the mix makes this a whole lot more convoluted than it needs to be.

Please update this. I hope that Taylor doesnt join the wards or new wave (which is basically a family thing anyway). She should remain independent. After all Konan was a terrorist rogue shinobi and committed evil(?) acts for world peace.
