Yeesh...one of the worse stories I have the misfortune to read. Poor wannabe gritty case 53 where she is supposed to be "beautiful" but has furry horse-like legs and hoops. Yeah, totally furry legs for days. And then the sudden knowledge and disproportionate reactions. Yeah. Couldn't shallow past chapter 2 of this worthless monstrosity.

Really enjoy the story so far, not read a story where Taylor joins New Wave not to mention her being basically a Case 53. Noticed you haven't updated in a while but hope you eventually decide to come back to it.

The exact moment the whole "anti-swearing field" was revealed I immediately imagined Skidmark's reaction to it. Please for the love of all that is holy tell me that you were intending to work a confrontation between them at some point. Since you are going for something less dark for the setting I can imagine all sorts of fun(ny) and creative ways it could happen...and great now my imagination won't leave me be about this.

At least I'll have something to keep my mind occupied at work tonight so thanks for that I suppose :)

Actually, I believe the use of the term Alicorn for a winged unicorn predates MLP (at least the modern version) by several decades, as I think it was used in Piers Anthony's Incarnations of Immortality fantasy series, which began in the 80s, and may even predate that.

This is shaping up to be an interesting story, with great potential for funny moments. As soon as the idea of Skidmark entering the no-swearing field, was mentioned, I knew that it just has to happen, eventually. Seriously… We need to see the language filter field tested against Skidmark's long practiced ‘skill’ and determination to swear, and see if he can come up with a way to circumvent it. Could Alicorn incapacitate him with just her ability to stop all swearing?
