Btw, I must confess that I ship Gid and Judy.
But even if they aren't going to be a couple in your story, I'm still loving their relathionship here.
Judy is so brave and sweet. Could actually see her doing it for Gid, even after he bullying her.
Of course, not because she forgot or because she is passive. She never let anyone treat her wrong. Or others. But after a while, I think she instinctively realized that he could have a positive change if he had any help and we can see that he does not want to be any more like he used to.

Just getting started, but I gotta say this is really interesting and well written. Funny because I took kind of the opposite interpretation of Gid's father in my fan fic.

But I'm wondering, is this an AU? It seems odd for Gideon to apologize to Judy about his behaivor 14 years later if they have some kind of...relationship in middle school.
