What a ride that was! Damn I typically stay away from Dramione non-con but since your notes kept saying there's more to it, there's more to it... I pressed on. Not disappointed. It's confusing since it wasn't him but it was his face. I liked the three year gap at the end; much needed for something so traumatic. But then if Hermione is remembering, does Ron? Poor Ron. Anyways great job I can't wait to read more of your works, you have so many intriguing ones! Your writing is lovely, I hope you continue and succeed with it.

Well, I haven't finished yet, but somehow I got tired reading these 9 chapters in two days, and keeps putting it down every few chapters...maybe I'm just not a fan of present tense stories. And it feels like a serial-killer-groupie's wet dream... I know this was just a fanfic, but I found it hard to believe such a psychopath/sociopath murderer like your Draco got tamed by your plain Hermione Granger (which IMO so far hasn't got any strong or unique personality). Maybe there would be a twist in the end (like split personality, or that killer Draco was from the other universe, or that killer Draco was his twin brother, or something), and solely for this hope, I will try to keep reading this to the end (and because I like your Sex Ed fic). I wish you got a bomb to surprise me later, and if you did, I will comment again later.

Amazing. Simply amazing. This story had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I found myself shaking with the intensity that this fic brought to my being. Definitely what I needed after reading too many fluffy stories.

My eyes have been glued on my screen the entire day reading this fic...ahhh! Again, the premise is very unique for a dramione, and it was a tense ride all the way to the finish. Also, I tend to be very picky over first person narratives, but you did a really great job finding Draco’s voice as well as juggling BOTH his and Greyback’s thoughts without loosing any comprehensiveness so kudos to that. I didn’t mind the squick-y scenes at all, I think they were fitting for Greyback and I’m glad you didn’t hold back. I don’t know if I would call it horror though, maybe I’ve been desensitized from over exposure to some truly horrifying reading and gaming material over the years, but I think I would classify this as a thriller instead, a very good edge-of-your-seat thriller.

I’m a big softie who has no tolerance for bad endings so I’m really happy our couple ends up together. I’m not sure I agree with Draco’s obliviation move though, seems a bit cowardly and regressive, though I suppose it’s also a bit self sacrificing so I’m a bit torn.

The one critique I have is over Hermione’s feelings toward Draco. While I got where Draco’s feelings come from for the most part (though I wonder if it started from Greyback or if it’s from him), I wonder how Hermione fell so much in love with him when he was very much part Greyback in thinking and behavior most of the time they interacted. Sure she could see the glimpses of the real Draco but could it really be enough for her to fall so hard, more than Ron who she’d known much longer and shared more experiences with? When Draco feared and greyback accused her of loving his “dark side” , hell I was almost convinced. Since I’m reading this for the ship, of course I will accept their feelings for granted and on face value it is very romantic (Belle loving her Beast) and the lemons wer s, but there is a little part of me that was a bit skeptical over hermiones feelings. But anyway, it’s a small gripe for an overall fascinating plot and amazing read.

there is so much mystery and intrigue at this point in the story, and I think the pace is perfect. I love how you don’t reveal all the cards, but leave tantalizing hints chapter to chapter. At this point, my normally astute reader senses can only wildly speculate at what is actually going on with Draco...and Hermione for the matter as this chapter reveals. Even though this work is finished, I still want to leave some of my guesses down... (for posterity )

1. Draco is either possessed or was turned into some magical creature. The Fantastic Beasts book was definitely a foreshadow.

2. I think Draco may be a vampire? Due to the constant references of blood. Or maybe some type of bloodthirsty demon that possessed him...due to the fact that there seems to be some “beast conscience “ residing within Draco that seems to operate separately from Draco’s own agency

3. There is a possibility that the kills Draco undertakes are all hallucinations or dreams. Otherwise I’m surprised how he can not be caught if he has killed as frequently as he seems to say. If he hides his tracks well, there’s still the fact that the public should be in panic over so many disappearances.

I have read so many Dramione fanfics over the years, and this one stands out as one of the most unique. I can’t wait to read on!
