Ok, pretty neat chapters and characters. Liking Shade more, though it might be cause I don't like a lot of cheery, happy characters with a sense of optimism and sees the world in black and white...

I'm also thinking that JSTC will have some emotional changes: Shade completely shutting off, Cait having doubts about her brother's promise, Trance losing his charm and Jason... I don't about him.

Also, are you willing to have a another OC not in the tournament but somewhere else in the story?

This is a interesting idea of dialogue... I'm liking it, since you have some moments where narration comes in.

Add a character named shade who can manipulate energy. Tall black hair and eyes weapons are giant sword and assault pistol (with auto, semiauto, and ray settings. Pistol can turn into a large knife. He's the only remaining member of team SALT his team died. Now with girl that has no name. Brown hair, blue eyes. Black eyes while using her semblance. Semblance is waves of death. Weapons are assault sniper rifle (changeable) and knife with separate blade and hilt that are connected with a line and can turn into a pistol. Rifle can turn into a scimitar and has a bayonet and a grenade launcher and a knife on the back. In scimitar form works like weiss's sword (propels dust.) her teammates also died they are orphans who grew up together and work together perfectly. This will be a challenge for team JSTC to beat. Story is great, this is long and it took me 4 hours to come up with ideas for you If you can't use them now please use them later, thanks.
