Becoming a vampire with the supe added speed,strength,and healing ability. To give up her beloved sunshine is a small price to pay. Smart girl, and she gets the Viking to boot.

So sad, but understanding why her love couldn't help her healed a part of her. Eric was definitely right to wait for Sookie to heal as she may or may not change her mind. Or she probably won't want to live or unlive as it were with the reminders of her torture for the rest of eternity. Either is equally a great idea.

Interesting and dark take on the fae attack and Sookie's survival. I hope you continue this! I'd love to read of Sookie's turning and what she takes into her next life. Well-written account of surviving such a terrible ordeal.
