I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve reread this story over the years it’s just so good I wish you had at least finished it

Ah, looks like I didn't comment on the repost of this. Was just on a re-read because a friend was trying to get me to read a SwanQueen fic, and it just made me think of the few OUaT fics I would still read.

So I sat down and re-read this. I'm fairly sure I was a proponent of Red Queen Death, or just Red Death. or Queen Death. They're all just grey and amazing. I want to see Regina 'drag herself out of darkness', and OUaT as a show has kind of ruined Emma as a character for me. Though, if you continue this story, I have full faith I'll enjoy it regardless of what route you take.

And I forget if you've settled on a plan for what 'not quite crimes' could checker Christy's fictional past, but she could have maybe paralleled her true history? Have her abuse a position of authority to comfort someone who people later learn had a terminal illness. Granny's really protective of Ruby, and the small town as a whole wouldn't be very welcoming even if Christy was never formally charged, or the charges were dropped. I had an idea for Christy to he involved in an incident that led to a kid causality, but I don't think Regina would be so calm about that, rather than a sexual exploit, since we see the Evil Queen to be rather confident and free in that regard.

It's an interesting tale, Christy and comics coming full circle, and her maneuvering through relationships with people she knows before and people who can and will know who she was before. Interestin' interestin'. This, Ghost in the Machine, and Mercenary Motives are the Adrift stories I go back to the most.

I love it so far! I’ve always wanted to find a SI-OC story that had the OC a part of the lgbt community cause there are so few in the stories I look for that it feels like I’m drowning in “Girl/Boy OC falls in love with main character cause they’re there but there’s no chemistry.” This makes me feel like I’m actually part of the story. It’s really well written and I simply cannot wait for more!

This might sound like I’m an impatient bitch but please update this story soon (or at least say if you’re discontinuing it), it’s the best thing I’ve read in my life. I read it for the first time in 2016 and have read it multiple times since cause it’s just that good. Great writing, great characters that make sense and I love the way you make Christy fit into the storyline as if she was part of the original thing!
