I love this story, I really do. The writing is great, Jokers characterization is spot on, and sometimes I like Penny. That being said, I really hope there's something to satisfy us folks that are hoping for some kind of romance.I know you said that this is an untraditional JokerxOC, which I dont really know what that means, but I hope it's sort of two sided at some point. Oh, pretty please. Honestly, I can't stand Penny right now. She reminds me of Beck from the show You. So gullible, so "nice", so clueless. Sometimes shes rational and clearheaded, strong even, but then sometimes it's like she's not even home. Is it because shes actually mentally unstable, too? Is that why? and again with the why. Why, why, why. "Why did you kill her?" because he wanted to. "Why did you save me?" because he likes you. Why does he like you? because your moral compass is ready to burst into a million pieces. You just don't know it, Penny. She wants to know why because, secretly, she wants to know everything about him. And, in a way, be closer to him. Just admit it, Penny, you like him and that makes you equally as crazy. But unfortunately, we have endure her slow spiral into madness. Her head is filled up with so much shit right now that everytime Joker steps into the room its as if she can't function anymore. She cant think or talk. I mean, yeah, he's hot. Jared Leto plays him for Pete's sake. I get it, and she hasn't gotten laid in what seems like eons, but he's also goddamn crazy! Penny! You know better! I hope you continue this story one day. I really want to see what happens to Penny, and if she manages to get out of this hell hole. Or maybe she doesnt because Joker's right and she's not who she thinks she is. Theres so many ways this story can go. At the very least, I hope she gets back at him for what he's put her through. I hope everything is well on your side, and I look forward to an update.
