I don't understand why Merlin didn't tell Mordred about Queen Mab's curse. He knows who she is, so he would know that she's trouble. I doubt he'd be very much help with research, being in Camalot, but it would probably make Merlin feel better to have Mordred understand some of what was going on.

Well that was interesting for Emrys to be raised as the one to cure Arthur. Was not expecting that.
There must be some way to defeat Mab's curse. Surely.

Oh my gosh. What an adventure Merlin. You would think he would be better at sneaking around, although, getting to the king's chambers with the entire castle hunting for you is impressive. Fun chapter.

Thanks TreeOfLife, another of my favourite scenes. I just wish Merlin could destroy whatever has been done. It is not right for him to have to go through being a servant once more. Sigh.

I mean, I knew it was coming, but I still love seeing Dragoon again. I'm super excited.

Also, I'm on mobile so I can't copy the exact line, but when Merlin suddenly looks up and realises Gwen's plan, that line was incredibly well written. Not sure what about it in particular, but it caught my attention in a very good way.

Nice so far...but I need to ask a question. I this a sequel to another story? I'm trying to put everything in to contest. When and why did Mab curse Merlin? Has all this happened before and Merlin has been sent back (if so, shouldn't he remember these events?) Or was there a previous "canon divergence" where Freya didn't die and Arthur found out about Merlin's magic, and Albion had come?
Don't get me wrong, I am really enjoying the story...like I said, I'm trying to put it in context with the canon that I know.

Loved it. But do not like that Merlin is back to square one. Just so very unfair. On top of that he now must choose between Arthur and his kin. Again, so unfair!
