I hope that Sirius and others will learn about the cupboard and punish the Dursleys, the best would be if Sirius be in incestuous with Bella, and auntie Bella will longbotomize the Dursleys :D I just despise those fat (and one thin) creatures, and I think too rare in fanfic they are properly punished!

I think your story has an enormous potential to become a great story. Especially if you show Harry's strugles and difficulties and all stuff like that. I think that now even Dumblebore isn't going to send Harry again to the sadistic scums the Dursleys, although still that might be good if werewolf Harry eats them :D

Snape is a slimy bastard, he deserves just a date with Bella.

I also hope that won't become a wolfstar with Padfoot the Dog, Monny the wolf and their puppy Hairy, Shaggy or whatever silly nickname is usually given to Harry as a son of Prongs...
